Serving the students and families of Southeast Missouri means being a careful steward of the resources our community entrusts to us.
To keep that trust, we make our financial records public. These documents – including our annual budget and independent audits – show how funding flows across our campuses and programs. Sound financial planning is what makes everything else possible, so every dollar is put to work supporting student success. You can review our current budget and most recent audits below.

Financial Audit Report
In compliance with Section 160.066, RSMo, the district provides public access to searchable financial data, including expenditures, revenue, and disbursements.
- Monthly financial records. Detailed monthly reports, including the check register and bill lists, go to the Board of Education and are available in our public meeting packets. You can access them through Simbli – select the meeting date and open the "Monthly Financial-Investment Report" attachment.
- DESE school finance data. For a fully searchable database of the district's annual revenue, expenditures, and 10-year financial history as reported to the state, visit the School Finance section of the DESE MCDS Portal.
