Community Use of District Facilities

Want to use one of our facilities for your group or event? Check the calendars below to see availability, then reach out to our Athletic Director's Office to make a reservation.

Priority of Use
We do our best to accommodate all requests. When scheduling conflicts arise, availability is determined by the following order of priority:

  1. Poplar Bluff R-I School District groups (Athletics, Student Groups, etc.)
  2. Poplar Bluff Parks & Recreation groups (Admin/AD-approved organized activities and practices)
  3. Community groups and teams (Admin/AD-approved; usage agreement must be on file with Administration)
  4. Individuals or unorganized groups

Please note that facility calendars reflect scheduled reservations but may not always capture last-minute changes. The priority list above is always the final word on availability.

Policy Note

Community use of district facilities is governed by Board Policy KG. As a service to the community, the Board of Education may allow community groups and individuals to use district facilities for educational, recreational, social, civic, philanthropic, and other similar purposes when not in use by the district or district-sponsored groups.

To make a reservation or inquire about a reservation issue, contact the Athletic Director’s Office during school hours:
