To ensure our records are up-to-date, all existing Poplar Bluff School District families must complete the Annual Verification process each year. After completing your registration updates, no additional information or action is required - your student is ready to start school!

New to Poplar Bluff School District?

If your family is completely new to the district, please follow our separate enrollment process for new students and families rather than the verification steps below.

Steps to Complete Annual Verification

1. Sign In to Campus Parent: Use the link below to access your account and begin the verification utility.

2. Update Information: Once logged in, you will be prompted to review and update your existing student's records. This includes updating contact information, verifying emergency contacts, and adding any new health-related information.

3. Submit a School Lunch Application: Each year, families must submit a new application to determine school free and reduced price meal eligibility. We highly encourage all district families to complete this step during the update process.

Adding a New Student

During the Annual Verification process for your returning students, you can also add a new sibling or incoming student to your household file. If you can upload the required student documentation during registration, your application will be reviewed and approved online.

If you cannot upload the required documentation, please complete the online application portions first, then schedule an appointment with the District Registrar to submit the necessary physical records.
